FAQ
Frequently asked questions about fulfillment for e-shops
We've summarised what e-shops ask us most — from pricing through minimum orders to delivery to Hungary and the EU. Didn't find your answer? Message us.
Price & minimum
Is there any minimum order count?
No. We work with very small and starting e-shops too — you can begin even before your first sale.
What about a month when I sell less?
You pay by actual volume. We don't charge a fixed flat fee to burden you in a weaker period.
How much does processing one order cost?
From €1.10 for packing into a cardboard box — see the rates on our Pricing page. Storage, inbound handling, add-ons and delivery we calculate for you, as they depend on volume and other parameters.
We're a Hungarian company — do we pay VAT?
No. As a Slovak company, we invoice Hungarian businesses with a valid EU VAT ID at 0% VAT (reverse charge).
Getting started & switching
How long does onboarding take?
Once the quote is approved, onboarding takes days — we connect the e-shop, take over the goods and start shipping.
How do the goods reach you?
We arrange transport or you deliver them to the warehouse. On intake we check and record everything.
Is there a lock-in?
No. We work fairly and without long commitments.
Scope & suitability
What goods do you take?
Smaller items with higher turnover — supplements, cosmetics, books, electronics accessories, fashion accessories, hobby. We don't take bulky and heavy goods (furniture, large appliances).
Do you do custom (branded) packaging?
Yes, that's an option too. We pack into your boxes and add samples, leaflets or gifts — the unboxing stays on your brand.
Do you ship to Hungary and the EU?
Yes. We ship across the EU and, thanks to our location on the SK-HU border, we're ideal for cross-border sales. We also handle Hungarian cash on delivery.
Do we have to be based in Slovakia or Hungary?
No. Most of our clients are from SK and HU, but we also work with e-shops based in other EU countries that want to serve the Central European market from a single warehouse.
Trust & security
What happens to my goods with you?
Your goods are recorded and under control. You have a stock overview and regular reporting.
How does communication work?
Directly with a specific person who knows your e-shop and looks after it personally.
